 GP Reports Viewer Standalone Edition lets you print all your Crystal reports without the need of installing GP or Crystal. Use your GP login and in seconds print all your reports across all companies. Look up parameters directly from GP tables. The Standalone Edition is available as part of the GP Reports Viewer product and is free to all GP Reports Viewer customers.

 Want to spruce up your Crystal report a little by adding alternate color shading to the lines? Here is how:

Go to Report > Section Expert

Click on Details on the left and switch to the Color tab on the right

Click on the formula button
-
Copy/type the following formula in:
select RecordNumber mod 2
case 0: crWhite
case 1: color(222,222,222)
